Cindy received her Associates Degree from the Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport in 1990. She has been a valued member of our team since 1994. Cindy started her dental career working in her late father's office, Dr. Alan Schrank. Dr. Babushkin is honored to call Dr. Schrank a mentor. Cindy and her husband, Justin, have a son named Eli. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and many activities, especially those that promote whole body and mind health and well being.
Lucia received her Associates Degree from the Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport in 1988. She has been a practicing Dental Hygienist since then and joined the CPD team in 2017. Lucia is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese. She and her husband have a beautiful young daughter.
Rebecca is a Registered Dental Hygienist and joined the CPD team in 2022. She graduated with a BS from the University of Bridgeport and has been a dental hygiene provider since 2012. Rebecca and her husband reside in Trumbull and are raising their young family here. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, visiting wineries, and spending time with family, friends, and her dogs.
Wendy received her Associates of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Hudson Valley Community College, division of SUNY, Albany, NY in 1993. Wendy joined the CPD practice in 2019. She is the former President of the American Dental Hygiene Association, Massachusetts Constituent, where she continues to be an active member. Since 2008, she has been a clinical educator and lecturer for Professional Learning Services, LLC, across North America.
Marie joined the CPD team in 2019. Prior to joining the practice, she trained at the Porter and Chester Institute in Dental Assisting. She is a Certified Dental Assistant and a member of the Connecticut Dental Assistant Association. In her spare time, Marie enjoys hiking with her chocolate lab, Cooper. She loves movies, the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
Laniya joined our Front Office team in 2022. She previously worked as a dental practice receptionist, and at a hair salon prior to that. In her spare time, Laniya enjoys movies, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. She loves all kinds of animals and has had many pets to prove it!
Mariana joined our Front Office team in 2023. She graduated from the Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport. Prior to joining us, she worked as a receptionist and sales associate in various businesses. Mariana and her husband grew up in Trumbull and are raising their family here. She enjoys traveling and spends a lot of time attending sporting events and various activities with her children.
Sue started her dental career in 1990 and has held many different positions including dental assistant, receptionist, bookkeeper, and office manager. Sue joined the CPD team in 2004 and is responsible for front desk administration, treatment planning, and patient financial matters. Sue has two children, Eric and Courtney. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, boating, hiking, gardening, and concerts.
Unora attended the Dental Auxiliary Training Center in Newburgh, NY. She has been working in various dental positions since 1995 and joined the CPD team in 2009. Unora is our front desk manager and contributes in many ways to the practice, including insurance claim management and front desk administration. Unora was born and raised in the Bronx and speaks fluent Spanish. She and her husband have three sons. In her spare time, Unora enjoys camping, tennis, volleyball, and spending time with her family.
